Program Philosophy
Whale Lacrosse Club is a collection of elite coaches that simply love the medicine game. We are all excited to continue to build the program where we are all on the same page when it comes to main objectives for the Whales:

The main goal out of any club should be to grow the beautiful game we all love. We intend to grow the game across the state of Utah, get sticks and more kids hands, and make the state of Utah the next Lacrosse hot bed!
Honor the Game
As coaches, we promise to respect every player that plays for the Whales and cater to each individuals set of skills to ensure they become the best player they can be, while encouraging them to respect the opponent facing them every game.
Love the Game
Lacrosse has had an impact on each one of the coaches in different ways. Whales goal is to help the boys see what we see and help them get to that point.

The Medicine Game
Founders Story
A Utah native, Kolton has played lacrosse since the age of 12. The sport has always been apart of his life, and has helped define the man he is today. Kolton’s father passed away two weeks before his senior year of high school. Lacrosse gave him a community and sense of purpose during one of the hardest times of his life. Without lacrosse, Kolton’s life would look a lot different that what it is today. He started Whales LC in hopes of creating the same community that the sport provided him.
