Fall Ball

Running September through January, our fall program gives players at every level the chance to compete in high-intensity games, refine skills, and build team chemistry in a competitive outdoor environment. Box Season

Box Season brings the game indoors and cranks up the intensity. Played in January in a fast-paced, enclosed arena format, Whales LC Box gives players the chance to develop elite stick skills, tight-space awareness, and quick-release shooting that translates directly to the field game. Practices will occur weekly, times and location TBD.

Box Season Details: Box lacrosse is played 5-on-5 (including goalie). Players are required to have an active USA Box lacrosse membership.

Gear you will need:
A Box Lacrosse helmet is NOT MANDATORY! You are welcome to wear your current field helmet for this upcoming season.
Rib Pads(also known as kidney pads) are MANDATORY!
Bicep Pads/Attack style elbow pads are highly recommended but NOT MANDATORY!
Cleats are NOT ALLOWED. We suggest either basketball shoes or turf shoes.
All other field gear will be acceptable to play!
GOALIE GEAR WILL BE SUPPLIED BY WHALES LC OTHER THAN YOUR HELMET AND STICK.
